- NSN 1615-00-915-7154, Disk Assembly, P/N 32637-1, Sikorsky Aircraft Corp (78286) & Rexnord Industries Inc (59747). This is a Navy Critical Safety item . This is a restricted source item requiring engineering source approval by the government design activity. DSCR does not have a technical data package. Acquisition must be from the above sources or dealer/distributors offering the product from the above sources. This is not a set-aside therefore unrestricted. This is not a commercial item. This acquisition if for an Indefinite quantity contract (IQC) with one base and four option years. The solicitation is for a firm fixed priced contract. The estimated annual demand is 504 EA. The maximum annual contract quantity is 1008 EA. The minimum per order quantity is 126 EA and the maximum per order quantity is 504 EA. The FOB point is destination, inspection/acceptance origin. Requested delivery is 96 daro to stock locations San Joaquim, CA and Susquehanna, PA. A sub-contracting plan is required. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
