- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.eps.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Naval Sea Systems Command. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) intends to purchase on a sole source basis from Brijot Imaging Systems Inc., 5422 Carrier Dr. Suite 107, Orlando, FL 32819 one each concealed weapons detection camera. Installation support and one day training will also be included. The Brijot system is the only system acceptable because of its unique imaging capabilities using passive millimeter wave technology. The Brijot system is the only known passive millimeter wave detection device which does not compromise privacy. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is N00178-07-Q-1133. This procurement will be issued using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The NAICS code is 6350 with size standard of 500 employees. The order shall be firm fixed priced order for delivery in June 2007. FOB destination shall apply.
