Description

The US Fish and Wildlife Service, Portland, Oregon has a requirement for liquid oxygen. The base contract period is approximately April 1, 2007 through March 31, 2008 with four one-year options. Product delivery is to the Irrigon Fish Hatchery in Northeastern Oregon (operated by the Oregon Fish and Wildlife). The contractor shall provide and deliver liquid oxygen with a rental or purchase of tank storage based on best value. The government's best estimated quantity is twice yearly delivery based on a 3000 gallon tank rental. The transport tanker shall be sized for maximum delivery efficiency following applicable Department of Transportation requlations. The contractor shall comply with applicable safety standards and maintain purity of product during loading and delivery. The contractor shall develop, maintain, and make available to the government all conveyance operating procedures. Under normal delivery conditions, the government will provide a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to requiring delivery of ordered product.
