- SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE; NAICS CODE 336611 ($6.5m) The U.S. Army Engineer District, New Orleans, has a requirement for a Contractor to provide 3 standard portalets and 3 ADA portalets at the Bonne Carre Spillway, Norco, LA. Toilets are to be cleane d once a week on Monday or Tuesday. Cleaning service consists of portalet tanks being pumped out, adding required amount of water/disinfectant/deodorizer to tank, washing down interior of portalet and applying disinfectant, supplying minimum of 2 rolls of toilet paper, removing and taking award trash left in toilet. Contractor shall have service sign off log sheet in each toilet. Contractor shall provide a contact person and telephone number of representative for providing emergency services of portalets outside of normal business hours. Solicitation W912P8-07-T-0072 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and will be available on or about March 7, 2007. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 562991. A base plu s 2 year option contract will be issued. This solicitation is being set aside for small businesses. Quotes are due on March 29, 2007 at Noon CST. The solicitation documents for this procurement will be posted on Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI).
