- Description
- The US Army Communications-Electronics Life Cycle Management Command (C-E LCMC) plans to issue a modification to increase the ceiling of contract W15P7T-06-D-N218, a five (5) year, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract for the AN/PYQ-10 Simple Key Loaders (SKLs), spare parts and depot and engineering support. The equipment is acquired on a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) basis and support is acquired on a Time and Materials (T&M) basis. Contract W15P7T-06-D-N218 is a sole source cont ract with Sierra Nevada Corporation (SNC), Sparks, NV. SNC is the only source that has passed all of the required NSA testing, which is necessary to interface its product with the NSA developed KOV-21 INFOSEC Device. This is an approved sole source acqui sition with SNC authorized under 10 USC 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1. This synopsis is provided for informational purposes and is not to be considered a request for proposal. Solicitation Number W15P7T-07-R-N207 is assigned for reference purposes. The cont ract modification is estimated at $72M.
