- Pine Bluff Arsenal has a requirement for the design and installation of Automatic Fuze Load, Torque, Inspection, and Interim Tray Design with Loading/Unloading Equipment, that will eliminate ergonomic and hazardous repetitive operations, utilizing le an manufacturing, to complete fuzing inspection and packing operations of M18, M83, and M90 Smoke Grenades. A separate station shall be installed in a different building which shall be able to lift multiple layers of the interim storage tray so sample gre nades may be accessed and removed randomly in accordance with the specification. Numbered note 8 applies to this solicitation.
