- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (II)Solicitation #W912J3-07-T-0008 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The RFQ will result in a firm fixed price contract. (III)This solicitation incorporates provisions an d clauses for commercial items in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-15. (IV)This solicitation is 100% set-aside for Hub-Zone businesses, however the Government is accepting proposals from small businesses. In the event of insufficien t Hub-Zone small business concern participation, award will be made to a participating small business. The associated NAICS code for this acquisition is 448190, small business size $6.5 million. (V) COMMERCIAL ITEM DESCRIPTION: The New Mexico Army Nationa l Guard is soliciting Gor-Tex Gen II ECWSCS Parkas, sizes& quantites: S-S=53; S-L=53; M-S=167; M-R=744; M-L=150; L-S=94; L-4=749; L-L=160; XL-R=414; XL-L=89; XS-S=40; S-R=287. (VII) Delivery 30 days from award to: USPFO for NM Warehouse, Attn: SFC Richard Ortiz, 66 Bataan Blvd, Santa Fe, NM 87508-4695, FOB Destination. (IX) T he Government anticipates awarding a Purchase Order resulting from this solicitation, to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be the best value to the Government.
