- Amendment 0001: This modification is issued to answer questions and add drawing. Which is available on the U.S. ARMY CONTRACTING AGENCY YUMA WEBSITE HTTP://WWW.YUMA.ARMY.MIL/CONTRACTING/ 1) Q: Describe open bay finish office? A: Painted sheetrock IAW fire standards 2) Q: Where will the countertops be placed in the building? A: The countertops will be set on the two 8' sides. See diagram 3) Q: How many outlets are required per building? A: Every 12ft 3 receptacles will be adequate. See diagram 4) Q: How many phone and data lines are required per building? A: The two will be adequate. See diagram 5) Q: Does the steel door have to be 1hr fire rated? Or will standard steel be sufficient? A: Standard door will suffice 6) Q: Describe the required lock box? Will it be used to store added keys? Does the box need to be digital or key operated? A: Digital lock box for twenty keys 7) Q: Who will install these offices? A: We will in stall they are to be dropped on a cleared ABC surface 8) Q: What type connectors are required for electrical and data services? A: 60 Amp Hubble or Hard wire 9) Q: Will the structure be placed on concrete slab or some other surface? A: Other surface ABC 10) Q: Which side 8' or 10' will the door be required on? A: See diagram 11) Q: Is there a ballaistic requirement on these units? A: Ballistic protection is not required. 12)Q: Is there a plan drawn for this or is it builders option? A: Drawing attached 13) Q: Are the door and window on the same wall and if so on the 8' or 10ft wall? A: Door and window on same 8' wall 14) Q: Do you have color preferences for exterior / interior walls? A: Nuetral in color 15) Q: Is this building to have heat / cooling ability? How heavily insulated? A: Insulated at R-19 in walls, R-30 in ceiling 16) Q: Any electrical receptacles to be included or camera conduits and if so, where will the power enter? A: Included in diagram. Also include camera conduit on back 10' wall. 17) Q: Will you accept a 9ft 4in or 10ft 8in length to keep standard 16in increments for our building system? A: 10ft 8in length acceptable 18) Q: Is contractor to provide unload capability or will customer provide forklift / crane to unload? A: Customer will unload 19) Q: Should the building include a floor system or will it set on a slab? A: Require flooring in building: steel flooring frame or concrete flooring acceptable. Building is to be delivered Turn Key.
