- Provide professional acquisition support to ESC's workforce. The A&AS Bridge Contracts will provide contractor support beginning 30 June 2007 (when ITSP II expires) and ending upon the transition to Professional Acquisition and Support Services (PASS) and Engineering and Technology Acquisition Support Services (ETASS) contracts/Task Orders. A&AS Bridge Contracts will be awarded on a sole source basis by ESC/XPK, per the mission needs of ESC program offices, to the contractors that now hold ITSP II delivery orders in each program office. It is the Government's intention to hold an A&AS Bridge Contract Industry Day to provide a forum for information exchange between the Government and Industry. At this time, the Government will present details of the acquisition approach and provide a draft schedule to award. Additionally, when releasable information is available, it will be posted at this website.
