- Arnold Air Force Base Tennessee has a requirement for (A) One each Laser Wavelength Meter 0.6-1.8 micron wavelength range, 1.0ppm absolute accuracy, includes RS-232 interface, 2 mm aperture on the side of the unit for free space beam input, FC/UPC connector, MFG EXFO, MFG Model No. WA1000-NIR-89 or equal. (B) One each Laser Wavelength Meter 1.5-4.0 micron wavelength range, +/- 1.oppm absolute accuracy, includes RS-232 interface, 2mm aperture on the side of the unit for free space beam input, FC/UPC connector. MFG EXFO, MFG Model No. WA1000-IR-89 or equal. Delivery terms shall be FOB Destination Arnold AFB TN 37389 with a delivery period of 60 days after notice of award. Request for Proposal (RFP) will be available on or about 9 March 2007. Proposal due date will be on or about 27 March 2007 at 2PM Central Standard Time. NOTE: Request for Proposals will only be available electronically at the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website. No hardcopies, faxes, or emails will be available. Please register as a source to be notified of RFP amendments, clarifications, etc. However, it is the responsibility of contractors (even those registered as a source) to check the FBO website frequently to ensure they have all available information. NOTE: Faxed or electronic proposals will not be allowed, accepted, or considered.
