- (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation FA4877-07-Q-0256 is being issued as a request for quote. (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated clauses and provisions are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 01-07. (iv) This requirement is being issued 100% small business set-aside. (v) Commercial Item Description: Oil required for aircraft performing 16-18 March 2007 for the Davis Month Air Show. DELIVERY to Davis-Monthan AFB NLT 1600 13 MARCH 2007. Payment will be US Treasury check by 355th CPTS Finance Office personnel. (vi) CLIN 0001 Aeroshell Oil 100W Plus, EIGHT (8) Cases CLIN 0002 Texaco Canpus 13, TWENTY-SIX (26) Barrels CLIN 0003 Phillips 25 W-60, FOUR (4) Cases CLIN 0004 Drum Deposit on 26 Barrels, TWENTY-SIX (26) Each CLIN 0005 Environmental Drum Fee on 26 Barrels, TWENTY-SIX (26) Each CLIN 0006 Aeroshell 100W, TWO (2) Cases CLIN 0007 Arizona Sales Tax (vii) Place of Delivery: Davis-Month an AFB, AZ 85707. FOB upon delivery. (viii) Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offertory-Commercial applies to this acquisition. (ix) Provision 52-212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items applies to this acquisition; Quotes shall be evaluated on price.
