- The 23rd Contracting Squadron/LGCB is seeking to establish a Basic Purchasing Agreement (BPA). This agreement will be established for the below listed requirements as requested by Moody AFB: Honda TRX 300 and TRX 350 ATV?s Annual ATV servicing @ hourly rate to include the following: Oil and filter change Sparkplug replacement Air filter Cleaning Inspection and lubrication of cables Changing differential fluid Inspection of all safety items Brake inspection Light inspection Tire inspection Tighten all chassis nuts and bolts *Upon inspection of ATV(s), any parts needing replacement will only be replaced after costs for such replacements have been approved by both contracting and the end user. All prices will be good for one year from establishment of a BPA. Contractor must also be able to receive Credit Card as payment. Contractor must also be located within the local area. Please indicate your interest as a potential source for this Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) by providing a quote for these supplies no later than 9 March 2007, 2 PM Eastern Time. Your offer must include the name, address, and phone number of a point of contact. CCR enrollment is required for establishment of a Contract; registration can be initiated at www.ccr.gov.
