- Description
- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, FCI Dublin, California currently has a requirement to provide copiers and copier maintenance for thirteen (13) sections. The copiers will be acquired through a monthly lease program on a cost for copy basis. It shall include all consumables with the exception of paper and staples. The estimated solicitation date is April 20,2007. A firm-fixed price contract is anticipated with a base year and four option periods. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 532420 and the size standard is $23.0. Award will be based on best value to the Government. NOTE: This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns, preferably with a GSA contract; however, the government will accept quotations from large concerns. If your firm maintains a GSA Contract for this requirement, please state so and list the contract number for verification. If two or more offers from qualified small business concerns are received (regardless whether open market or GSA contract), this solicitation shall be converted to a 100% small business set-aside, as defined by FAR Clause 52.219-6. In such event, FAR Clause 52.219-6, Notice of Total Small Business Set-Aside shall be considered incorporated. In the event of insufficient small concern participation, award will be made to a participating large business. Any source interested in this solicitation must be registered in CCR and have a current DUNS number. All future information concerning this acquisition will be distributed soley through this website.
