- The National Data Buoy Center has a requirement for 3 each ATLAS Big Leg Towers with modified blipper mount; 1 each ATLAS Big Leg Tower with pC02 modification and modified blipper bracket; 4 ATLAS Bridles and 4 Birdcage Assemblies. Quote will need to include the delivery date and validity date of proposal as well as be priced with FOB Destination to Building 3203, SSC, MS 39529. If priced as FOB Origin, please include all shipping/freight costs. All quotes can be submitted via 1) email to kurt.weilbaecher@noaa.gov 2) U.S. Postal Mail or 3) Fax at 228-688-3153.
