Quote will need to include the delivery date and validity date of proposal as well as be priced with FOB Destination to Building 3203, SSC, MS 39529. If priced as FOB Origin, please include all shipping/freight costs. All quotes can be submitted via 1) email to kurt.weilbaecher@noaa.gov 2) U.S. Postal Mail or 3) Fax at 228-688-3153. In addition, they MUST include the solicitation number and must be addressed to Kurt Weilbaecher. Solicitation will be issued no earlier than February 23, 2007.
