- The USDA Forest Service is soliciting proposals from offerors to apply the Office of Personnel Management Classification Standard for Professional Work in the Natural Resources Management and Biological Sciences Group, GS-0400 issued September 2005 by OPM (the Standard) to all non-Research Scientist Forest Service positions in the GS-400 Group (approximately 6200 positions). This is an full and open competitive proposal. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541612 and the size standard is $6.5 Million. This procurement is being issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP). All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered by this agency. Offers must be submitted no later than 4:00 pm Eastern Standard Time, April 6, 2007. his is a combined synposis/solicitation.
