- PR NO: 0013889257. This solicitation is for a Firmed Fixed quantity contract. Destination Inspection required. Quantity variance is zero. Solicitation will be issued as unrestricted on the basis of other than full and open competition. The NSN is as follows: 6130-01-504-3675 with a 89 day delivery ARO. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
