- Description
- The Joint Contracting Command-Iraq/Afghanistan (JCC-I/A) intends to issue a Request for Proposals for the procurement of cleaning, maintenance, repair, and force protection services at the sites of the Believers? Palace and the Counter Terrorism Bureau Villa, in the International Zone, Baghdad Iraq, on or about the 20 January 2007. The Iraqi Ministry of Defense (MoD)/ Iraqi National Counter Terrorism Force Transition Team (INCTF-TT), Baghdad Iraq, has a firm fixed price requirement for initial base operations (cleaning, repair and maintenance) and force protection services for the Counter Terrorism Command and Counter Terrorism Bureau during the critical development and growth period at the Believers? Palace and the Counter Terrorism Bureau Villa. Specifics will be identified in the solicitation. The request for quotation number is W91GY0-07-R-0027 and will be available on www.fedbizopps.gov, www.rebuilding-iraq.net or www.baghdadbusinesscenter.org. The applicable North American Classification System (NAICS) code is 561720. This solicitation will be issued electronically. Potential offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation package. No paper copies will be furnished. Potential offerors must register at www.fedbizopps.gov in order to receive notification and/or changes to the solicitation or must check the websites; Baghdad Business Center and Rebuilding Iraq for updates. Offers will be submitted on the Standard Form 1449 and must include as a minimum the items listed in FAR Clause 52.212-1 (b) (1-11) Instructions to Offerors Commercial Items. This clause may be viewed at http://farsite.hill.af.mil. The anticipated award date for the resultant contract is 15 February 2007. The period of performance will be for one (1) year.
