- Description
- Washington Headquarters Services (WHS), Acquisition and Procurement Office (A&PO), intends to award a sole source bridge contract for laboratory testing and analysis to Midwest Research Institute (MRI) for continuity of services while the Government conducts competition to award a follow-on contract. In addition, MRI will provide personnel to train the new awardee in specific requirements of performing testing and analysis at the on-site lab. (If MRI, the incumbent contractor, wins the follow-on contract, training requirements is not required). MRI is the incumbent provider of the required service. The proposed action will mirror the existing Time & Materials (T&M) IDIQ contract with MRI.
