- GSA, FSS intends to establish ?not to exceed? one year Standing Price Quotes (SPQ?s) for the following National Stock Numbers (NSN?s): 5120-00-221-7063 5120-00-293-0077 5120-01-070-8386 These NSN?s are part of GSA?s Stock Program, and will be included in an upcoming formal solicitation to be issued at a later date. All offers for each NSN in this solicitation are to be FOB destination with a delivery of 60 days or less. In addition to the normal clauses that apply to all GSA stock tool orders, the following clauses also apply: 552.225-70 Notice of Procurement Restriction ? Hand or Measuring Tools or Stainless Steel Flatware, D-FSS-475 Bar Coding and 552.246-70 Source Inspection applies, D-FSS-468 Non-Manufactured Wood Package Material to European Union (Nov 2001).
