- The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) is issuing this combined synopsis/solicitation as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a firm, fixed price purchase order with options for Heavy Duty Jogger/Aerators for both the Washington, DC and Fort Worth, Texas facilities; Item 001: Two (2) jogger aerators per the attached Statement of Need for Washington, DC. Item 2: Options for up to six (6) additional Jogger/Aerators to be ordered in pairs during the next 24 months for Washington, DC. Item 003: Options for Two (2) Jogger Aerators for the Fort Worth, Texas facility to be ordered within the same 24 month period. This combined synopsis/solicitation is being issued in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. See Attachments for Statement of Need, Pricing Instructions, Elevator Description and Evaluation Criteria. This Procurement is a 100% Small business Set Aside. Only written or faxed requests will be honored.
