- Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center (SPAWARSYSCEN) Charleston intends to award a sole-source contract to Dubuque Design Group, Inc., Dubuque, IA. The contract will provide for fabrication of 386 each specifically designed aluminum shelves with mast support arms for medium range, ultra high frequency, radio communication systems cards. Dubuque is the manufacturer. One hundred (100) of these items must be delivered by 20 April 2007. A commercial type contract is anticipated. The applicable North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 541330, and the size standard is $25 million. This announcement is not a request for competitive proposals. Any response to this notice is due 5 working days from the date of this publication.
