- The purpose of this action is to procure Oracle User Productivity Kit Training for end users at the Office of Naval Research. The product will allow users to develop training materials and includes standard business operating procedures. This product is an end user type product and is part of the Oracle eBusiness product line. Quotes were obtained from three (3) offerors and an award will be made to the most advantageous offeror. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within five (5) days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government.
