- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisitions. The Naval Inventory Control Point (NAVICP) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price, purchase order for Tumbleweed Renewal and purchase of software as stated below. This is a Small Business Set-Aside. Only those vendors that are an authorized reseller of Tumbleweed items shall submit a Request for Quote (RFQ); no other RFQ's will be evaluated.
