- Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Only one source will satisfy agency requirements [10 USC 2304(c) (1)]. This Requirement is for Sun Microsystems Server Computers. The specifications are listed in the Solicitation attached. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. The solicitation number for this requirement issued as a request for quotation is N00253-07-T-0107. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 344111 and has a size standard of 750. All quotes received within 13 days after the date of the publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government.
