The U.S. Army Aviation Missile Command intends to purchase the following as an incidental item under AMCOM Express Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) W31P4Q-05-A-0029/ Task Order Number 0004 with Madison Research Corporation, Huntsville, AL: Workbench 2.4 for VxWorks 6.2, p/n 500-111607, 2 each; Annual Support and Maintenance Object Code, p/n 535-103796, 2 each; VxWorks 6.2 OEM License, p/n 500-111836, 1 each; Annual Support and Maintenance Object Code, p/n 535-103796, 1 each; and WR General Purpose Platform, VxWorks Edition 3.0 Existing Tor nado Users Workshop, p/n 550-107146, 2 each on a yearly basis. This is a notice of intent and not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation is available for this requirement. Interested parties may submit a capability statement and pricing in formation for the requirement within 7 calendar days of the publication of this notice, to be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed task order modification based upon responses to this notice is solel y within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a separate competitive procurement.
