- Procurement is part of the Scout/Attack Helicopters Product Offices OH-58D Kiowa Warrior aircraft Weight Reduction Program. Scout/Attack base year requirements consist of 292 Lightweight MFD ship sets, NSN 1260-01-540-3476. The Integrated Materia l Management Center (IMMC) base year requirements consist of 18 Lightweight MFD ship sets and 30 Bezels, NSN 6695-01-543-3937. Option quantities of 18 MFD ship sets and 30 Bezels are planned in FY08 and FY09. This procurement is sole source to EFW, Inc., Marine Creek Parkway, Ft. Worth, TX 76179-3598. This sole source action with EFW, Inc. will be procured under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 ( c ) (1) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, only one source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
