- Benet Laboratories at Watervliet Arsenal, which is part of the Armament Research, Development and Engineering Center (ARDEC) headquartered at Picatinny Arsenal, New Jersey, has a requirement 100% set-a-side for small business concerns. Benet Laboratories is responsible for the Army???s research and development of cannon, mortars, recoilless rifles, tank gun mounts, munitions handling and tank turret technology. The requirement is for information technology services support of Benet Laboratories IT equipment, software and data bases as well as administrative and resource management support to supplement the in-house government staff. Benet Laboratories government managers will task the contractor using an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract to provide support in these areas. IT Tasks will involve automation support to administer and maintain the users computing environment, developing and maintaining data base systems support, network support and help desk. Resource Management support will involve Earned Value Management (EVM) and underlying financial systems. Project Management support will involve reporting EVM, developing schedules and assessing variances. Be advised that this is not a request for the submission of offers or proposals; no contract award will be made as a result of this notice. Interested parties are highly encouraged to provide a description of capabilities statement. Responses shall include information relative to knowledge/abilities to provide the technical support sought, and provide a point of contact for questions. Responses to this market survey shall be submitted no later than fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of this notice to the points of contact indicated below.
