- Joint Contracting Command Iraq/Afghanistan on behalf of the Gulf Regional Division (GRD) Reconstruction Logistics is issuing this solicitation for the continued operations of two Strategically Located Wholesale Distribution Center Warehousing and Staging Area facilities in Iraq; one located within the vicinity of Baghdad North/Abu Guraib and one located within the vicinity of the Port of Umm Qasr, both having satellite locations; for the receipt, accounting, cross-docking, re-packaging, re-shipping, and re-distribution of material. . . . . . . . . . .
