- W9124R-07-T-1043 Sole Source. The United States Army Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG), Arizona, Army Contracting Agency, Southern Region, Directorate of Contracting intends to negotiate a firm fixed priced contract on a sole source basis with the Arts Science ET Technologies Infinition, In c. 3630 Rue Jean-Talon, Trois-Rivieres, QC, Canada G8Y 2G7. This contract will be for the procurement of six (6) Doppler Radar Head, BR1001; 10GHz. ? Watt part number 10000-01, five (5) Signal Cable and Reels, 100M part number 11000-01, five (5) Test Cente r Controller Laptop XP part number 16000-01, five (5) Tripods for BR-1001 family part number 10000-05, four (4) Junction Boxes JB-5000, Dual Channel part number 1840-04 and four (4) Test Center Software (Doppler Analysis Module PRO2) part number 12000-0 3. The Doppler Radar System shall be compatible with existing USAYPG Doppler Radar Systems. Arts Science ET Technologies Infinition, Inc. is the only known company with access to this product. Award of this requirement will be in accordance with Federal Ac quisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a proposal. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSAL. In order to protect proprietary information and prevent the unintentional release of guarded information all interested firms must conduct their own research regarding the specifications of the above listed items. If you feel that youre firm possesses the ability to provide these services, then you must respond by March 12, 2007 at 11:00 AM MST. See note 22 for the time period exception for receipt of proposals for consideration is ten days instead of 45 days.
