This is a presolicitation notice for a requirement Operational Contracting has for ongoing charter coach service at the US Air Force Academy. It is expected that Blanket Purchase Agreements will be completed with all charter coach operators within a reasonable distance from the installation. That would be the Greater Colorado Springs metropolitan area, El Paso County and southern Denver. The method of payment would be Government Purchase Card (Visa). The proposed Agreement process listed here is unrestricted. Women owned and small disadvantaged businesses are encouraged to contact the Contract Specialist if they have a charter coach operation based a reasonable distance from the US Air Force Academy installation. A solicitation will not be posted. All interested sources may identify their capability and contact the Contract Specialist.
