Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is set-aside for small business only. The NAICS Code is 333911, Size Standard not to exceed 500. Solicitation/Purchase Requisition number F2KBAD7031A004 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-15 effective 12 Feb 07. The Government intends to award the following: CLIN 0001 for TriScroll 300 or EQUAL dry roughing pump to include: -Oil-less pump -Peak pumping speed: 210 l/min (7.4 cfm) at 50 Hz, 250 l/min (8.8 cfm) at 60 Hz -Environment: no toxic, corrosive, explosive, or particulate-forming gases -Ultimate pressure: 1 x 10-2 torr -Maximum inlet pressure: 1.0 atmosphere -Maximum exhaust pressure: 1.1 atmosphere -Inlet connection: NW25 KF flange -Exhaust connection: -inch female NPT pipe thread with swivel (NW16 KF adapter included) -Gas ballast connection: -inch female NPT pipe thread, (40-micron -sintered filter included) -Ambient operating temperature: 5 C to 40 C (41 F to 104 F) -Motor rating: 0.75 HP (0.56 kW) -Electric power: Single-phase: 100 to 115V AC or 200 to 230V AC (selectable), 50/60 Hz Three-phase at 50 Hz: 200 to 230V AC or 380 to 415V AC Three-phase at 60 Hz: 200 to 230V AC or 460V AC -Motor thermal protection: type U automatic -Rotational speed: 1425 rpm at 50 Hz, 1725 rpm at 60 Hz -Cooling: air-cooled -Net weight: 58 lbs (26.4 kg) -Noise level: 68 dB(A), per ISO 11201 -Vibration level: 6.3 mm/sec, per ISO 10816-1.
