- This acquisition is 100% set aside for service disabled veteran owned small business. Contractor shall provide medical courier services from VA Primary Care Clinic, 3414 Golden Rd. Tyler, Texas 75701 to the VA North Texas Health Care System, at 4500 S. Lancaster Rd. Dallas, Texas 75216 ., all in accordance with the specifications and statement of work. The contractor shall furnish all labor, personnel and transportation for courier services. This service contract is for a period of one year, plus four (4) one-year option periods.
