- THIS IS A PRESOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY AND NOT A SOLICITATION OR REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) DOCUMENT. THE RFQ/SOLICITATION PACKAGE WILL BE AVAILABLE AFTER THE CLOSING DATE OF THIS PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE. QUOTES ARE NOT BEING SOLICITED OR ACCEPTED AT THIS TIME. CONTRACTORS SHOULD FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW. The U.S. Coast Guard Aircraft Repair and Supply Center (ARSC) intends to issue a Purchase Order using Simplified Acquisition Procedures(incorporating the latest FAC, FAC 05-15) for a complete repair and coating of 5 each Mount, Engine L/H, P/N: M20H5530514-517, NSN: 1560-01-HS1-6778, complete repair and coating of 4 each Mount, Engine R/H, P/N: M20H5530514-518, NSN: 1560-14-478-0978, and the complete repair and coating of 1 each Mount, Engine R/H, P/N: 553-0514-518A, NSN: 1560-01-HR2-0781 in accordance with Sermatech Klock?s Specification KMPC-R000422 Revision 1 Dated 4/25/06. ALL OEM SERVICE BULLETINS PREVIOUSLY INCORPORATED SHALL REMAIN INCORPORATED. SERVICE BULLETINS THAT UPGRADE THE COMPONENT OR IMPROVE RELIABILITY SHALL BE INCORPORATED UPON APPROVAL OF THE USCG?S CONTRACTING OFFICER. The Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for the HU-25 aircraft is Dassault Aviation, previously Avions Marcel Dassault-Brequet Aviation (AMD-BA). The OEM for all items is Dassault Aviation, 9 RPT Champs Elysees Marcel Dassault, Paris F-75008, France, Cage Code F6117. The Coast Guard does not own nor can it obtain proprietary coating data, specifications, drawings, plans or other technical data for repair and coating. The Statement of Work will be available as part of the Request For Quote (RFQ). Requests for specifications, drawings, etc. will be disregarded. The RFQ document, HSCG38-07-Q-100015, will be available for downloading from FedBizOps on March 1, 2007 at www.eps.gov or can be obtained by faxing or E-mailing a written request to (252) 334-5427 (FAX) or Terence.L.Blucker@uscg.mil (email address), with an anticipated award date of March 12, 2007. The North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) is 488190 and the size standard is $6.5M to classify as a small business. THIS IS A UNRESTRICTED PROCUREMENT. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Sources must have valid Cage Codes and DUNs Numbers or have the ability to obtain one, also be registered in CCR www.ccr.gov (Central Contractors Registration). F.O.B. Destination is preferred. Quotes will be evaluated on the basis of best value to the government considering technical acceptability, price, delivery and past performance and quality and price realism. Desired delivery 30 days after receipt of material, required delivery date is 60 days after receipt of material. Packaging instructions will be specified in the RFQ/solicitation.
