- NSN 3110-01-160-9663, Bearing Rotor, in accordance with Onan Corp., Cage 44940, Part Number 510-0112. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. This is being procured as other than full and open competition under 10 USC 2304(c)(1). Note 22 applies - Sole source (FAR 6.302-1) Unrestricted procurement. This item is not commercial off the shelf. This is a solicitation for a proposed firm fixed price Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The guaranteed minimum is 750 EA, Estimated Annual Demand is 3,000 EA and the Maximum Annual Contract Quantity is 6,000 EA. FOB destination, inspection/acceptance destination. Requested delivery is 168 DARO. Progress payments are not authorized for this NSN IAW FAR subpart 32.5. There is a surge requirement for this IQC requiring a quantity of 29 EA. Possible stock delivery locations are any CONUS facility. Item is listed on the FY07 foreign bearing waiver list. Solicitation may be available for issue on or about March 15, 2007 and close on or about April 16, 2007. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
