- NSN 9930-01-331-6244 Pouch, Human Remains, 17 mil, Black Vinyl (Unit of Issue-Each). Pouches must meet the minimum requirements of MPID NO. 3 dated 26 April 2002, which will be included in the solicitation package. The Defense Supply Center (DSCP) intends to enter into an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC), to provide 5 years coverage for this item. The award will have a one-year Base Period, and Options to extend the term of the contract for four additional one-year periods. Additional features will include guaranteed minimum quantities and projected annual estimate quantities. Projected annual estimate-approx 45,000 Pouches per year. Delivery orders placed under this award will provide delivery to government depots at 3 possible locations, San Joaquin, CA, New Cumberland, PA, and Hill AFB, UT. Previous price paid- $22.94 Each in Mar 2006. This will be a Best Value Source Selection acquisition. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The Trade Agreements Act will apply. Radio Frequency Identification tagging (RFID) provisions will be required.
