Description: The contractor is responsible for providing labor, management, supervision, tools, and equipment for the maintenance and operation of eight (Camp Kinser, Camp Foster, MCAS Futenma, Camp Courtney, Camp Hansen, Camp Schwab, Camp Gonzalves, and Camp Fuji) fuel facilities located at Camp Smedley D. Butler, Okinawa for the period July 1, 2007 through June 30, 2011. The contractor shall be responsible for fuel management functions such as: receipt, storage, issue, fuels inventory, accountability and administration functions using the Fuels Automated System, BSM Energy System, and other automated accounting systems that are applicable to petroleum functions. "All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered."
