- Full and Open Competition APPROXIMATE SOLICITATION ISSUE DATE: 15 May 2006 Description: Hill Air Force Base is looking to award a five year ID/IQ contract for Advisory and Assistance Services to perform under the Continuous Process Improvement Program. This contract vehicle will be available for use Air Force wide. This program includes requirements for a CPI Master, Training and Certification, Facilitation, Courseware Development, Course Material, and Data. The purpose of this program is to have a single entity provide the full gamut of CPI tools, establishing a uniform and standard methodology in which all CPI initiatives will be conducted Center-wide, and to develop organic government resources. Anticipated award date 15 Sept 2006 NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (02-MAY-2006).
