- One-year, single-award contract with four option years for the production of short-run, fast-schedule duplicating of single-leaf products and separate- and self-covered books and pamphlets requiring such operations as copy pickup, duplicating, collating, binding, packing and delivery. It is assumed that all production facilities used in the manufacture of products ordered under this contract will be located within a 50-mile radius of zero milestone New Orleans, LA. Black only reproduction. Up to 8-1/2 x 11" forms - approximately 13 orders per year with an average of 6,800 copies per order. Over 8-1/2 x 11" forms - approximately 4 orders per year with an average of 1,200 copies per order. Pamphlets and books are 8-1/2 x 11". Approximately 5 orders per year for pamphlets with an average of 12 pages and 1,320 copies per order. Approximately 5 orders per year for books with an average of 290 pages and 170 copies per order. Saddle-stitching, single-wire stitching, plastic comb binding and perfect binding required. Some orders require tabbed dividers and/or foldins. Camera copy provided.
