Description
THIS SOLICITATION NOTICE MODIFIES PREVIOUSLY RUN ADS ON DECEMBER 11, 2006, MODIFICATION RUN DECEMBER 15, 2006 AND DECEMBER 19, 2006. THIS SOLICITATION NOTICE MODIFIES THE LEASE TERM . REQUIREMENT: The General Services Administration seeks to lease space consisting of approximately 64,314 rentable square feet yielding 55,925 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet of office and related space. Space must be located in a prime commercial office district with attractive, prestigious surroundings with a prevalence of modern design and/or tasteful rehabilitation in modern use. Subleases are not acceptable. DELINEATED AREA: Space must be located within the following boundaries: North: I-595; South: SR 821; East: Florida Turnpike as it runs parallel to I-95; West: I-75. REQUIRED: Outside parking is required for 100 vehicles. Additional parking for approximately 260 employees either on-site or within 2 block radius is required. Public transportation is required within 2 blocks. All services, supplies, utilities and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Security, Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. LEASE TERM: Term is for ten (10) years firm. Proposed occupancy date is February 1, 2009.
