- W9124R-07-T-1042 Sole Source. The United States Army Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG), Arizona, Army Contracting Agency, Southern Region, Directorate of Contracting intends to negotiate a firm fixed priced contract on a sole source basis with the Laser Techniques Company, LLC, 14508 NE 20t h, Bellevue, WA 98007-3713. This contract will be for the procurement of a complete turn-key portable Laser Bore Mapping System for the 155MM Howitzer and the 155MM Self-Propelled Gun. The Laser Bore Mapping System shall be compatible in form, fit and func tion with existing USAYPG Laser Bore Mapping Systems. Laser Techniques Company, LLC is the only known company with access to this product. Award of this requirement will be in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Com mercial Items. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a proposal. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSAL. In order to protect proprietary information and prevent the un intentional release of guarded information all interested firms must conduct their own research regarding the specifications of the above listed items. If you feel that youre firm possesses the ability to provide these services, then you must respond by M arch 6, 2007 at 11:00 AM MST.
