- This is a notice of intent that WR-ALC anticipates issuing a cost reimbursement type contract, to include a basic period of performance of 12 months and one 12 month option period for engineering services in relation to the Replacement and Sustainability of the Mechanical Ram Assembly. The purpose of this task is to provide engineering services for resolutions in alleviating maintenance, reliability, obsolescence, and maintainability problems for the Mechanical Ram Assembly. Option One Period of Performance (12 Months) CLIN 1001: ENGINEERING SERVICES: QTY: 1 LO CLIN 1002: CONTRACTOR FURNISHED CAP ?EXPENSE?: QTY: 1 LO CLIN 1003: CONTRACTOR FURNISHED CAP ?INVESTMENT?: QTY: 1 LO CLIN 1004: TRAVEL: QTY: 1 LO CLIN 1005: DATA Will include: 1005AA: Monthly Status Report; 1005AB: Conference Minutes; 1005AC: Technical Report; 1005AD: Test Plan; 1005AE: Conference Agenda; 1005AF: Product Drawings and Models; 1005AG: Technical Manual Contract Requirements. SCHEDULE: The basic period will include a 12 month period of performance for CLINS 0001-0005. Option period one will include a 12 month period of performance for CLINS 1001-1005. DELIVERY: Delivery will be outlined in the Performance Based Statement of Work. Delivery for the DATA will be IAW the DD Form 1423-1 that will be provided. The approximate solicitation issue date will be 15 March 2007 with the approximate response date of 14 April 2007. Solicitation will be available for viewing or downloading at www.fedbizopps.gov only. This Solicitation will be issued as a request for proposal (RFP).
