- The Department of Transportation, Federal Aviation Administration, intends to award a single source contract with a one-year base period and up to four one-year options to Raytheon, Network Centric Systems, Airspace Management and Homeland Security Systems, 1001 Boston Post Road, Marlborough, MA to acquire repair services for parts in support of the Monopulse Secondary Surveillance Radar (MSSR) and ATCBI-6. The items that may need to be purchased are listed on the attached spreadsheet. This requirement is being processed using limitation of sources to a single source as provided for under the Federal Aviation Administration Acquisition Management System (AMS) Section 3.2.2.4. This procurement is considered to be single source based upon the vendor's proprietary data for support of this system. Interested parties who feel they have the capability and experience to provide these repair services should submit detailed documentation of their ability. Responses must be submitted via email to Michelle.Shaw@faa.gov and must be received no later than 2:00 p.m. Central Standard Time, Tuesday, 20 February 2007. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334515. It should be noted that all contractors are required to be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to award.
