- This is a combined solicitation synopsis. No other solicitation is available. The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) has a requirement for lodging of six (6) ATF employees, for the period of March 1, 2007 - August 31, 2007. Provide single occupant lodging options at a rate at or below that allowed by Federal Travel Regulations. (TAX EXEMPT) Rooms will have amenities to include, fully furnished kitchens with conventional oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, pots, pans, serving dishes, refrigerator, silverware, stove, toaster and chairs. Rooms must have separate living room with door separating private bedroom. Rooms must have irons and ironing boards and the hotel must have laundry facility. Hotel must be within five (5) blocks (walking distance) to the ATF Office located at One Galleria Blvd., Metairie, LA 70002. Rooms must have free high-speed Internet access. Hotel must have free on-site parking. Hotel must have fitness center. Rooms will include safety features such as smoke detector and sprinkler system and meet state/county fire safety codes. Lodging will be in compliance with the Hotel and Motel Fire Safety Act of 1990 15 U.S.C. 2201 et seq, (Public Law 101-391), and must hold a FEMA certification number. FEMA certification number must be submitted with all vendor quotations. Lodging shall also be compliant with Americans with Disabilities Act, 42 U.S.C. Section 12101 et seq. (ADA). Award will be based on meeting the specifications listed above on an ALL or NONE basis. This award will be made utilizing the Simplified Acquisition Procedure under FAR Part 13, FAR Part 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items; FAR Part 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; FAR Part 52.212-05, Contract Terms and Conditions required to implement Status or Executive Orders-Commercial Items; and FAR Part 52.232.33, Payment by electronic funds transfer apply. Vendor must have registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database at www.ccr.gov to receive this award. Quotes must include price and a list of services offered including a brochure, if available, showing capability of meeting requirements of this announcement.
