- Description
- This Pre-Solicitation number was originally posted 16 Feb 07; however, due to technical difficulties it is being reposted so the solicitation and attachments can be posted. The Government intends to execute an unrestricted procurement for delivery of 1,022,736 gallons (gal) of commercial Aviator?s Breathing Oxygen (ABO), Type II, IAW MIL-PRF-27210G, dated 4 Apr 97, and Amendment 1, dated 24 Jan 00, and delivery of 126,000 gal of Liquid Nitrogen (LN2), Type II, Grade B, Class 1 of Commercial Item Description A-A-59503, dated 1 Jun 00, as well as services for U.S. Air Force bases overseas. The contract(s) ordering period will be from 1 Jul 07 ? 30 Jun 10. The product will be delivered FOB Destination into government-owned equipment and contractor provided tanks. The total estimated contract quantities per year are as follows: Al Udeid, Qatar ABO = 324,178.08 gal (1st year) LN2 = 126,000 gal ABO = 309,000 gal (2nd and 3rd year) Al Dhafar, United Arab Emirates: ABO = 108,000 gal The resultant contract(s) will be three year, firm fixed-price requirements-type contract(s). Offerors are required to have the capability to support bulk shipments. Interested offerors may propose on any or all the Line Items. Multiple awards are anticipated. Subject solicitation will be issued on or about 21 February 2007 and posted to the FedBizOpps web page at www.fedbizopps.gov.
