- RFQ Title: Interment Flags Request for Quote (RFQ) #: VA-101-07-RQ-0179 is hereby amended to answer vendor submitted questions in response to the solicitation. The time and date specified for receipt of offers is not extended by reason of this modification. Please see the proceeding pages for questions and answers. Questions & Answers Question 1: When would the 1st delivery be required? Response: The date of the first delivery is wholly dependent upon the date of contract award. It is the Government's intention to make award by March 16th making the first delivery date April 16th (the 15th is on a Sunday). However, in the event award is not made by that date, the first delivery date will be pushed forward to May 15th. Question 2: We had supplied all of the Technical Quote Information on the other existing solicitation.  Are we required to resubmit or can you use that information? Response: Responses to previous solicitations shall not be used for this RFQ. All interested offerors are required to submit a quote that addresses the specific requirements of this solicitation. Please note this solicitation does not replace any previous Interment Flag solicitations issued by the Department and only serves as a stop gap measure to replenish inventory. Question 3: Do you have a preferred format for this for such as a PDF or Microsoft Word document? Response: Both PDF and Word documents are acceptable. Except as provided herein, all terms and conditions of the solicitation document remain unchanged and in full force. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (27-FEB-2007); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
