Description

Design and fabricate a Variable Speed Fan System, consisting of three identical fans, motors, variable speed drive (VSD) units, vibration monitoring and a control PLC. Fans shall be 140 lb/sec at 48 in-wg presssure rise (total flow with all three fans operating in parallel is 420 lb/sec). Motors shall be 1250 hp, 1800 rpm, 4160 volts, 3-phase, 60 Hz, class F insulation, and service factor of 1.15. Variable speed drive units shall be 6900 volts, 3-phase, 60 Hz input power. Delivery shall be FOB Arnold AFB, TN. The complete request for proposal will be uploaded at this site in the near future. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available and requests for such will be disregarded. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (03-NOV-2006).
