- Pursuant to Section 627 of Public Law 109 ? 108 (119 Stat. 2290), the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (?NASA?) is providing public notice of the opportunity to make an offer to purchase NASA?s ?Camp Parks? parcel (the ?Property?) on an ?AS IS? basis. The Property consists of approximately 8.47 acres of real property improved with a warehouse of approximately 120,000 square feet of space. The Property is located adjacent to the U.S. Army Combat Support Training Center ? Camp Parks near Dublin, California. NASA has been told that the U.S. Army Reserves intends to offer a parcel of its property (consisting of approximately 171.5 acres) adjacent to the Property for trade or exchange in a separate offering. The form of Purchase and Sale Agreement and Joint Escrow Instructions (the ?Purchase Agreement?) is attached ( http://prod.nais.nasa.gov/cgi-bin/eps/bizops.cgi?gr=D&pin=21#123664 ), together with Reports (as defined in the Purchase Agreement) with respect to the Property. The Purchase Agreement must be used to make an offer. If you would like to make an offer to purchase the Property, please print two copies of the Purchase Agreement and insert the information as identified in the Purchase Agreement (generally consisting of your name and other identifying information, and the amount of the purchase price for the Property). You should initial the changes in the spaces provided and sign the Purchase Agreement. Except for inserting the information requested in the Purchase Agreement, no other changes to the Purchase Agreement will be considered or accepted, nor will NASA negotiate the terms and conditions of the Purchase Agreement. Any offer containing any such other changes shall be considered non ? responsive to this notice. Your offer (consisting of two completed, initialed and executed originals of the Purchase Agreement) must be received by the undersigned at the address set forth below by 5:00 p.m. (California time) on March 16, 2007. Late submittals will not be considered. NASA will accept an offer resulting from this notice by the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to this notice will be most advantageous to NASA; however, NASA may reject any or all offers if such action is in the public interest; accept other than the highest offer; and waive informalities and minor irregularities in offers received.
