- Description: This ad supersedes the previous ad posted January 29, 2007 through February 13, 2007 for solicitation 5VA0086. The purpose of this amendment is to change the lease term from a 5 year firm term to a term of 5 years with termination rights after September 15, 2011 (approximately 4 years and 7 months). Notice of intent to use Other Than Full and Open competition: The Government currently occupies 9,729 BOMA rentable square feet of space at 1555 Wilson Boulevard, Arlington, VA under Lease Number?s GS-11B-60323, which expired on February 13, 2007. The tenant in this location is scheduled to move into federally owned space by no later than September 15, 2011. The General Services Administration plans to execute a full service succeeding lease with a 5 year term with termination rights after 4 years and 7 months. Because moving would require a double move in a short time frame for this tenant, the Government will relocate only if cost of relocation and duplication is included in the rental consideration and the property is in Rosslyn, an Arlington, VA sub-market.
