- This is a sole source announcement. No "hard copy" Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be prepared or made available for distribution. Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, San Diego (SPAWAR San Diego) intends to award a firm-fixed price contract to Wind River Systems (2 each) Platform NE (PNE) VxWorks Edition 3.4, Subscription, (2 each) Wind River Workbench Diagnostics 1.1 for VxWorks 5.5.x & 6., Subscription Development License, (1 each) Platform for Network Equipment Starter Kit Without Hardware, and (5 each) Platform NE Production License Block with Labels. Award will be made in accordance with FAR Part 13, Direct procurement questions via e-mail to: belinda.santos@navy.mil. Note 22 applies however all responses to this sole source announcement must be received within 7 days (in lieu of 45 days) from the date of this advertisement maybe considered by the government. The applicable NAICS code is 541511; the size standard is 23M. Central Contractor Registration is required for all vendor's doing business with DOD. Information may be found at http://www.ccr.gov.
